Tetr College of Business Launches Global Undergraduate Degree Programme in Management and Technology

Tetr College of Business

Tetr College of Business, an Indian-led institution founded by Pratham Mittal, has introduced an innovative cross-border undergraduate programme in Management and Technology. The four-year Bachelor’s programme aims to provide students with hands-on experience in building businesses across seven countries. The inaugural batch, comprising around 120 students from both developed and developing nations, commenced on Monday.

This global curriculum, designed to bridge theory and practice, will see students travelling to the United States, Italy, India, Singapore, Brazil, the UAE, and Ghana. During their time in each country, students will focus on building real businesses as part of their coursework, providing them with practical experience in diverse markets. The programme’s international approach allows students to learn not just business fundamentals but also how to navigate different cultural and economic landscapes.

The degree will be conferred by Middlesex University, a British institution, upon completion of the programme. In the first term, students will use the University of Europe’s campus to develop e-commerce ventures until December, before heading to India in January to continue their studies at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).

Mittal, an alumnus of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, emphasized that the programme is built on four pillars: values, exposure, experiences, and skills. “We want to provide students with real-world targets that fuel their motivation from within. This programme offers them first-hand experience in running businesses,” Mittal said.

The curriculum spans eight semesters, with students spending four to five months in each country. Partnered institutions, including SDA Bocconi (Italy), NUS (Singapore), and IIT (India), will provide academic and logistical support. The students will gain a comprehensive understanding of building brands, managing investment portfolios, and making data-driven decisions rooted in local cultural contexts.

Parents and students have expressed optimism about the unique learning experience. Dafana, a parent from Argentina, shared her excitement about her daughter, a civil engineering student, participating in the programme, saying, “I expect this new concept of Tetr to be successful.” Similarly, Vibhor from Pune, India, said he was impressed by the cross-border approach, which he believes goes beyond traditional learning.

This pioneering programme positions Tetr College of Business at the forefront of modern management education, equipping students with the skills and exposure needed to thrive in a globalized business environment.
