Key Background:

PrepInsta, a leading platform for placement preparation, has joined the AICTE’s NEAT 4.0 initiative, marking a significant milestone in the enhancement of technical education in India. This collaboration aims to equip students with essential, industry-relevant skills, enabling them to succeed in the increasingly competitive global job market. As part of the initiative, PrepInsta’s specialized courses in fields such as Generative AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, and Data Science are now available to students through the NEAT 4.0 portal. These courses are designed to help students secure placements in top global companies, including the Big 4 and FAANG.

Founded in 2019, PrepInsta has quickly established itself as a prominent provider of placement preparation services. The company also offers a SaaS tool for colleges to monitor student placements, track academic performance, and conduct customized assessments. Co-founder Manish Agarwal expressed that this partnership is a key step in transforming technical education in India, with a focus on improving employability in a rapidly evolving job market.

In addition to its Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) and tech skill-based learning through its Prime Subscription, PrepInsta has recently launched Optimus, a platform designed for placement automation and assessments. The company has already partnered with over 100 colleges, including GITAM University and VIT University, and plans to expand to over 250 institutions by the next fiscal year. Notably, PrepInsta has significantly boosted placement rates by 25% and increased average CTCs by 40% for its partner colleges.

With its recent acquisition by Adda247, PrepInsta is poised to expand its reach across India, enhancing access to tech upskilling and bridging the gap between education and employment for students, especially those from underserved backgrounds.
