PG Scholarship Applications invited from AICTE

Students

For the purpose of awarding postgraduate scholarships to students enrolled in AICTE-approved programs and within approved intakes of ME, MTech, MArch, and MDes through DBT for first-year students of the academic year 2023–2024 who have achieved qualifying marks with a valid GATE or CEED score card, the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) is calling for online applications from AICTE-approved institutions.

November 30 is the deadline for students to submit their applications online or for institutions to create student IDs. The deadline to verify information for the institute is 15th December respectively.

Students enrolled in postgraduate programs with valid GATE or CEED scores who are admitted to AICTE-approved programs and institutes must obtain a unique ID from the institution and log in to the website pgscholarship.aicte-india.org to upload only scanned copies of all original documents in JPG or JPEG format.

Essential Documents are…

  1. Since the PG Scholarship is awarded via the Public Financial Management System (PFMS) via the Aadhaar Bridge Payment System (ABPS), only Aadhar active savings bank accounts will be taken into consideration.
  2. An active bank account and an Aadhar card are required. The students can go to pgscholarship.aicteindia.org/assets/manuals/Manual_for_Bank_account_linkage_with_Aadhaar.PDF to verify the status of their bank account linkage with Aadhar manually.
  3. Joint accounts, Jan Dhan accounts, No-Frill accounts, and bank accounts with credit or transaction limitations are not allowed.
  4. GATE/CEED score card scanned copy.

Subsequently, the institution will confirm the student’s information, authorize their application on the website, and confirm their eligibility for the scholarship award.
