Candidates must have completed class 12 or hold a graduate degree with a minimum score of 50% to be eligible for enrollment in the digital marketing course at IFTDM. Jamia Hamdard University, in collaboration with Garage Productions Private Limited, has signed an agreement to launch this new course under the Institute for Film Training and Digital Marketing (IFTDM).
The six-month digital marketing certificate program is set to begin with the 2024 batch, with applications opening soon at iftdm.com, according to an official statement. The curriculum is designed to meet industry standards, providing students with interaction and mentorship from industry experts, access to the latest technology and platforms, hands-on training, and internship opportunities for real-world experience.
During the signing ceremony of the MoU, Prof. (Dr.) M. Afshar Alam, Vice Chancellor of Jamia Hamdard, stated, “Digital Marketing has become the cornerstone of modern business strategies, and through IFTDM, we are equipping our students with the skills that are in high demand in the corporate world.”
Other attendees from Jamia Hamdard included Dr. M. A. Sikandar, Registrar; Prof. S. Raisuddin, Director of IQAC; and Prof. (Dr.) Syeedun Nisa, Director of CTD. Vinod Kumar, Secretary to the VC, and Saurabh Gupta, Director of Garage Productions, represented Garage Productions at the ceremony.
Upon completing the course, students will be equipped with the skills to excel in the digital marketing field, qualifying for roles such as digital marketing manager, social media strategist, content marketing specialist, SEO or SEM expert, e-commerce marketing director, and data analytics professional.
