Tamil Nadu +2 Result 2024: Students in Class 12 in TN must download and view their HSE scorecards from dge.tn.gov.in and tnresults.nic.in by using their registration number and password.The Class 12 HSE was released today by the Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinations (TNDGE). The TN plus 2 result scorecards can be accessed on the official websites, tnresults.nic.in and dge.tn.gov.in. 94.56% of students were successful on +2 exams.
To view the TN HSE +2 scorecard, candidates must provide their registration number, roll number, and password. Over eight lakh students took the Class 12 HSC plus 2 exam in TN between March 1 and March 22.
Out of the 7,60,606 candidates who ran this year, 7,19,196 were successful. Of these, 3,25,305 (92.37%) males and 3,93,890 (96.44%) girls passed. The only candidate of the third gender to run was successful. Over time, fewer and fewer students have been taking the TN Class 12 +2 exams. In the year 2020, there were 7,79,931 pupils, compared to 8,42,512 in 2019. Even while the number rose to 8,16,473 in 2021, it fell to 8,06,277 in 2022, and then to 8,03,385 in 2023, when fewer students took the exam.
The TN HSE plus 2 result was released on May 8 of the previous year. Last year, the dates of the TN HSC + 2 exams were March 4–25. In all streams put together, last year’s overall pass percentage was 94.03 percent. In 2023, the total pass rate in science was 96.32%, while the pass rates in commerce and the arts were 91.63% and 81.89%, respectively. The overall pass rate for the Tennessee Class 12 exam was 93.80% in 2022, 100% in 2021, 92.34% in 2020, and 91.30% in 2019.
Meanwhile, the Tamil Nadu board Class 10 result will be announced on May 10. The TN SSLC examination was conducted from March 26 to April 8 and the SSLC practical exams were held between February 26 and 28.
