Additionally, students enrolled at UOW India will be provided with the chance to spend a semester at one of UOW’s global campuses that offer the same degree.

Applications have opened for the Master of Computing (Data Analytics) and Graduate Certificate in Computing programs at the University of Wollongong (UoW), set to commence in July of this year. Prospective students can submit their applications online through the university’s website. The Master of Computing (Data Analytics) program is designed to integrate computing and data analytics expertise, catering to various graduates. Media reports suggest that the program emphasizes both technical skills and ethical considerations in the field.

The Graduate Certificate in Computing serves as a postgraduate entry route into computing for individuals lacking prior IT knowledge. This program allows graduates and professionals from non-IT backgrounds to augment their existing skill sets with a recognized computing qualification. The admission criteria for programs offered at the GIFT City campus in Gujarat mirror those of UOW’s Australian campuses. These requirements encompass an undergraduate degree, relevant work experience, and an English language proficiency assessment (IELTS – overall score of 6.5).

Furthermore, students enrolled at UOW India will have the chance to spend a semester at one of UOW’s international campuses offering the same degree. The University of Wollongong (UoW) is currently in the process of establishing a Women Leaders in Fintech Scholarship program. According to reports, this initiative is designed to offer networking, mentoring, and sponsorship opportunities for women in the financial technology sector.

The Global Women’s Fintech Collaboration, which includes the scholarship program, is led by senior female academics from across UOW’s global network. These academics are recognized for their dedication to empowering women, promoting diversity, and implementing innovative teaching and learning methodologies.
